VERA HELLER is a psychotherapsit, art therapist (ATR), social worker and a visual artist. Over the past twenty years, she has dedicated herself to her work in the psychosocial field, as well as to her painting.
She is a member of the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux du Québec (OPTSQ) and of the Art Therapy Quebec Association (AATQ). She is registered by the American Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB).
Mission
My objective is to support individuals in achieving a better balance between their rational and emotional faculties through the use of creativity. Far from being the unique domain of artists, creativity is a reflection of each individual’s psychological health, and gives meaning to daily life.
